In 2007 the cargo division has launched a computerization system for its customers (customers’ site). The system is intended to improve the level of customer service and to forge a system of mutual relations by delivering relevant information in real time, rationalizing the operations of the railways and of the customers and offering full transparency.

The site is intended for improving customer service for the cargo carriage customers and aims to forge a system of mutual relations that would ensure a long-term connection between the railways and the customers in the benefit of both sides, by delivering relevant information in real time from the railway databases. The visitors at the customers’ site enjoy the following: 

Data concerning the train

Real-time data concerning the train which include the features of the train’s bill of lading.

Data on the station of origin and the departure time of the train including its current location and expected arrival time at its final destination. 

Data on the cargo

Is the cargo on the train containerized or not, are hazardous materials present or not?  

Container size – 20 ft. or 40 ft. 

Additional data 

The site is secured.
