Returning of lost property
 I discovered I lost something – what should I do ?

Any unclaimed property found at the station or on the trains is sent to the Lost and Found Department at the Savidor Central Station in Tel Aviv.

To retrieve lost items, please go to the Information Booth at the station during the following business hours:

Sunday-Thursday: Between 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM.
Friday:  Between 07:00 AM – 01:00 PM.

Before coming to the retrieve the lost property, it is recommended to verify by telephone that the property has been transferred to the Lost and Found Department: 03-6937555

It is important to report the loss of property as soon as possible. Any unclaimed item that is found at the station or on the train is considered a suspicious object and is handled accordingly by the security staff.

In the event that you are at the station or on the train, please address the station manager or the supervisor. In the event that you have left the premises of the train station, please contact the Lost and Found Department at 03-6937555 (after the Department's Business Hours, please call the Information and Customer Service Call Center *5770).

Please note:
In the event that the notification of lost property is promptly received, it is possible that you will be able to collect the lost property at the station convenient to you, at your earliest convenience.
