Maintain a safe distance from the area of the railroad tracks.
Do not walk on or in between the railroad tracks.
Do not throw stones or other objects into the area of the railroad tracks or at the passing trains.
Do not place any objects or obstacles (even if very small) on the railroad tracks.
Only cross the railroad tracks at established level crossings designated for this purpose.
The train is closer and traveling faster than it seems, and it is difficult to estimate when it will pass you by.
The train travels quietly and it can not be heard ahead of time. Even if a whistle is heard, it is possible that another train is approaching that has not sounded its whistle.
The trains can come from both directions. Even if one train has passed the crossing, it is possible that another train is approaching from the opposite direction.
Please report to the Emergency Call Center (*2442) regarding any activity or gathering of a crowd in the area of or in dangerous proximity to the railroad tracks. The Emergency Call Center will inform the train drivers of the event and, if necessary, will send authorized personnel to the location (a railway employee or the police).
Please report to the Emergency Call Center (*2442) anything out of the ordinary in the area of or in dangerous proximity to the railroad tracks, for example an obstacle lying on the tracks or any suspicious activity.
