As part of the annual railway track maintenance plan for the purpose of improving the train service and improving safety, work will be carried out to upgrade the track on the section of track between Tel Aviv and Lod.
Due to this, temporary changes in train traffic will apply from Thursday, April 8, 2021 at: 23:30 (the night between Thursday and Friday) until Sunday, April 11, 2021, with the resumption of service, at: 5:00 in the morning.
- On Friday, April 9, 2021 and on Saturday evening, April 10, 2021, trains on the Be’er Sheva - Hertsliya line (traveling through the Kiryat Gat, Lehavim - Rahat, etc. stations) will operate between the Be’er Sheva and Lod stations (instead of between the Be’er Sheva - Tel Aviv – Hertsliya stations).
- Tel Aviv HaHagana, Tel Aviv HaShalom, Tel Aviv Savidor Center, Tel Aviv University and Hertsliya stations will be temporarily closed to train traffic.
- During the days and hours while the work is being carried out, Israel Railways will operate a bus shuttle service between Lod and Tel Aviv Savidor Center for the convenience of the passengers.

From Lod station to Tel Aviv Savidor Central station:
Every hour, starting at 06:25 in the morning. The last bus will depart at 13:25.
Saturday, April 10, 2021
From Lod station to Tel Aviv Savidor Central station: Every hour, starting at 22:25. The last bus will depart at 00:25
- Train traffic will return to normal on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 05:00 in the morning.
